You can use this e-mail template to electronically invite parents to your recruitment event. Select the download below based upon your needs.

The Outlook template has been created for Outlook 2003 and above.

An example of a mass e-mail system is Constant Contact or Double Knot.

Outlook E-Mail Template:

Download this e-mail template for use in Microsoft Outlook.

Change the information about your event and pack contact information.

Send to your e-mail contacts.

*If you will be sending more than one e-mail (i.e. for different events), save this template:
While e-mail is open, select File, Save As. Choose the location to save the file, change file name, change "Save as type" to Outlook Template.

Mass E-Mail System:

Right-click in the text box, copy, then paste the html code into your e-mail.
